Thank you Mr Blakey for a really cool story.

My favourite book was Mr Blakey's story about Rumplestilskin. The story is about a girl she makes gold by turning straws in to gold. Rumplestilskin was a little man and he said to the girl if you need help to make gold then she made a deal with him the deal was that she had to give him the baby and she said yes. He said if you say my name you get to have the baby back and she said all the names that was wrong so she said one more time then the next day she got the name right it was Rumplestilskin he was crying back to his house.  My favourite part of the story was when Mr Blakey told us that the man was going to turn straw into gold.

I felt good about this year because miss King was a great teacher.

I learnt to use the iPad more better.

Athletics day

Last Friday we did Athletics and we did cool games like softball and tug o'war then the game of touch.  My favourite event was high jump because landing on the mat was fun. We went over to Mr Burt for the sprints and I raced against my friends Freedom and Josh and Caleb we ran really fast and it was so close that i don’t know who came first. The fastest boy in our group was Jacob then next was Josh then after josh was Acera Faleono. It was a really hot day and I was feeling a little bit tired but it was so much fun that I never gave up. Miss Timmi was cheering for the boys and supporting me and so was Mr Moran. It was funny at tug o war because the kids versed the teachers was cool. At the last part of the day when the Parents versed teachers and students because that what we do every year  and it’s funny to watch to our teachers run against the students. Some teachers were  fast and some teacher were slow at running and one of the kids fell over and Miss King ran in her costume she looked cool and was fast.  Mr Moran was fast and he came last. In high jump  I came fourth and my friend Josh came second and my other friend Lennox came first In high jump. My friend Josh he almost got disqualified from the shot put and I came third. In the end I had a good day playing athletics.

Mr Tui had a problem and he couldn’t find any help with his problem. He couldn’t wake up early for school in the morning. He called for help but no one would answer. One day I knocked on the door he  answer the door and then he told me his problem about not waking up for school.

I went home and got to work doing the boxing glove alarm clock I got stuck for ideas in the beginning but it became easy when I  got him to my house to help me out on my thing and when he got the work the boxing glove alarm clock when he wet to go sleep at night time he closed his eyes and went to bed. The boxing glove alarm clock woke him up and it worked so he was getting to school on time.

Manaiakalani Film Festival

Last wednesday our whole school jumped on the bus to go Sylvia Park to watch all the manaiakalani movies.  Myself and my friends were having an amazing time on the bus. When we got off the bus we went on the escalator to go in the movie theatre. I was  seated next to Miss Timmi were waiting anxiously for our class movie . good boy zaneybum

While we were waiting we saw Children laughing , telling jokes and having heaps of fun .

It was time to start Mrs Garden said hello and said we were to have fun . And to be respectful towards other people movies .

My favourite movie was Mr Moran’s “Champions Never Give Up”  because I was in it  and I shot the ball in the Basketball  hoop.

The other movie was Miss King Which was Called the Family because I was the boy that was waving at Loseti. It was cool because i got be in her movie and be  with my friend Loseti Manisela .

I enjoyed the movies because we saw all the cool posters and signs . It was a good day out of class and we got to sit in a cozy chair .

There were four boys on bikes, one was not on a bike and two boys were riding on the muddy footpath and

green grass. One boy was holding an umbrella  he was walking on the path he was looking at all the big trees.

The two boys were riding past and they looked at  the big trees too. One was looking at the boy who was holding the  umbrella he looked like a basketball player. He got off the bike a ran to him he looked he so suspicious. Curry was going to play the Bush team he's  the best Basketball player in New Zealand he asked the boys to go to Currys game, the boys said yes so they went to the airport to go to Canada when he got there he got his basketball clothes on he got the ball and he got a  3 pointer and they won the basketball game and he got a gold medal.

James was a little boy and his dad was a scientist his Dad made a teleport watch and when you press a button it teleports you to a secret base and there are jet packs and planes.  James got one jet pack and he pressed the red button and teleported to Mars and Space he was alone in Mars and he was jumping on all the planets.  James was scared and he saw an Alien in a U.F.O spaceship it had bright lights and flags all over it was powered by a big engine.  It made the alien spaceship go very fast and the alien and the packed up James was frightened by all the aliens.  All the aliens wore costumes and they took off the costume because James was scared.  Then James pressed the red button and teleported back to the secret base where his dad was waiting for him.

Mr Money Bottom was working on my experiment trying to make money grow on trees. In my test tube I put money$ 1st at the bottom then I add soil 2nd and seeds 3rd and last I put water then I mixed it all up but nothing happened so I decided to add gunpowder and light it up. It started to bubble up it started to get smokey in the building and then there was a big explosion. After the smoke went away Mr Money Bottom had a money trees in the laboratory.

night and stormy night. Miss King walked slowly toward the house. Fear dragged her nearer and nearer. What was hiding behind those old scary tombstones?

Were on the side of the stairs it was scary the doors were moving side to side it slammed and Miss King was running around the house. It was a clear and crisp night. Timmi skipped joyfully through the park. she noticed the birds 'twilight chirping. What a magnificent time of day it was.




It was a a creepy and stormy night. Aj was in the kitchen cooking some dinner she took his first spoon. Then she herd somthing banging in the room then she went and she saw a big tombstone.Then the voice said’’I GOT YOU WHERE I WANT YOU NOW I AM GOING TO MUNCH YOU UP. AJ knew he had to check who it was then a ghost popped up then Timmi ran for her life.

Basketball

Basketball is what Lebron James is famous for, he plays for Cleveland  Cavaliers he plays a Power forward, Small forward and he wears number 23. Cleveland  Cavaliers is a Champion  team in the NBA Lebron James has won three NBA championships one in 2012,then they won in 2013 and champions in  2016, he is  2.03 m tall and he's  a good player in NBA I like him because he’s good at slam dunking over peoples.

Ben Johnson

Ben Johnson didn't look human, his eyes were huge .and red Ben Johnson muscles were huge.

All eyes were on two men Ben Johnson and Carl Lewis they ran to the finish line and Ben Johnson won the 100 meter sprint and Ben Johnson broke the record.

He took the gold medal and ran to the airport because he took drugs. He got caught to win the game but he didn't win.

Fencing Olympics

Thousands of years ago the Persians and Greeks used fencing to practise their sword fighting. We know because it was carved from the people that competed in fencing.

120 years later at the Modern Olympic games there was no handhold and there Foil was the tame it is had that one Epee is your hole body that one is as cool.

Sabre is dissed your head and body tame.

Today at the Modern  Olympics the sport of fighting with swords, especially foils, épées, or sabres, according to a set of rules, in order to score points against an opponent.

In the weekend

In the weekend I played rugby with my uncle Somi and uncle Somi got ten tries. My uncle fended me and pushed me to the ground and ran to the for tries. After our game we played call of duty black of ll on ps4 and when he went to go  sleep I when to play Need for seed.

Usain Bolt

raced in the men's one hundred meters finals and he came first place. He raced against other men from other different countries.  He was proud of himself because he won the hundred metre final and a gold medal and he was thankful for his family and his country.

The Ancient Greeks started the tradition of having an Olympic flame. In Olympia a sacred flame is lit by the sun's rays and stays alight until the games have ended. The flame symbolized a request for protection from Zeus and the athletes’ struggles for victory.

The modern flame symbolizes the light of the spirit, knowledge and life.  To this day, the torch is still lit in Olympia in Greece, then carried by a relay team, passing runner to runner, until it reaches the host-city of the games.   There, the cauldron will be lit and stay alight until the closing  ceremony.

Bubblegum crew

  

We went to the hall to see the Bubblegum dance crew and we all liked it. It was outstanding the dancers and the man named Jeremy he was cool looking. They are going to Las Vegas to compete in the worlds hip hop competition.

Ancient Olympics

The Olympics began over two and a half thousand years ago in ancient Greece. In those days Greece was made up of several different states including Athens, Sparta and Corinth and they were often at war with each other but when the games are on they held a truce. This great event was held at a place called Olympia this is why the games are called the Olympics.They were held every four years in honour of Zeus lord of all the gods. Eventually the Ancient  Olympics were  abolished by the Roman in Emperor Theodosus the 1st he was a Christian and he did like the games because they were dedicated to a pagan god but the Olympics were always remembered as a symbol of human achievement and peace.

My Art Work

How I feel about my artwork or the whole process.	Creating my artwork It made me feel amazing because I did it myself. I felt proud after i finished it.
What did I enjoy most of all or what was the best thing about my painting.	Painting with bright colours was what i enjoyed the most. The best thing about my painting is how i outlined it.
What did I find hard or I didn’t like.	I found it hard to start my painting because I didn’t know what to draw. I found it hard to even out the colours.
How can I do my art better next time?	I can make my art better next time by planning my work first. I can sort out the colours i want.
Green hat What was the most interesting thing I did or my friends did.	The most interesting thing i did with my artwork was my patterns. My friends was interesting because of the colours.
What did I learn most about?	I learnt most about using colours evenly. I also learnt about secondary colours.
