Fitness

Exercise is good for your body it makes you not lazy but it helps you get big muscles and abs. If you play computer games 24/7 you get fatter and fatter but if you go to the gym, you get fitter and fitter. My friends name is Sione, he’s is really fast when we have races, he wins all the time. I need to read fitness books online. I'm chubby so we need to get started. The 1st step is to run around the school or around your neighborhood. Next is Step two if you go to the pools, try to swim to the end and back to the start. If you are very good at everything you might have good stuff in your body like good blood that loves your body and your life. Then the last step is three You would need to drink a quart of milk every day for three to four months makes your big bones, and stronger muscles and strong legs and eat lots of vegetables. and go sleep at 8:30 or less we all need to sleep at 10 or 11 hours of sleep.

Here's a lit bit of exercise Muscles Exercise makes them stronger and stretchier. So, become the family arm-wrestling champ. Do the limbo. Take out the garbage. Master the cartwheel Bones You make yours, stronger when you move. That'll help with everything from how tall you stand to how powerful you are. Exercise for 1 hour or more every day. You don’t have to do it all at once. Just move for a few minutes at a time all day long. You could stretch in the morning, ride your bike after school, and then walk with your family after dinner.

Get up and move, don't sit still for more than 2 hours at a time. Been sitting for longer than that? Get up and move for 15 minutes.

So, ready to have some fun? Get moving. Your body will thank you.
